Esborder – Refund Policy

This policy outlines how and when you will receive your money back after a cancellation or a successful return at esborder.com.

  1. Order Cancellations We offer full refunds for orders cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • To cancel, email support@esborder.com immediately.
  • If more than 12 hours have passed, the order has likely entered our fulfillment system. In this case, please wait for the item to arrive and follow our Return Policy to get a full refund.
  1. Refund Approval Process Once your returned item is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved: Your refund will be processed immediately.
  • If rejected: We will notify you of the reason (e.g., item arrived damaged beyond the “slightly used” condition).
  1. Refund Timeline
  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date of inspection.
  • Payment Method: All funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, or PayPal).
