Esborder – Return Policy

At Esborder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process for customers within the United States.

  1. Return Period You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return. Requests made after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.
  2. Condition of Items To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:
  • New & Unused: Items in their original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Slightly Used: We accept items that have been tried on or lightly used but remain in excellent, resellable condition.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@esborder.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or return at no cost to you.
  2. How to Return All returns must be conducted by mail. We provide a Prepaid Return Label inside every original package to make the process easy.
  • Simply pack the item securely.
  • Attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
  • Drop it off at the nearest carrier location (UPS, FedEx, or USPS as indicated on the label).
  1. Return Shipping Fees
  • Domestic Returns: FREE. Esborder covers all return shipping costs when you use our provided prepaid label.
  • Restocking Fees: There are NO restocking fees.
  1. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on esborder.com.
